NDT Labs
ATS is one of North America's leading and state-of-the-art NDT labs and is equipped with the latest and most advance equipment. We perform all of the NDT methods on various materials, components and weltschmertz in the Nuclear, Aerospace and Construction Industries. Some of the daily inspections we perform are radiography for welder qualification and liquid penetrant and magnetic particle on first article items. We also develop new techniques for testing materials and provide calibration certifications for NDT equipment. Our lab technicians are certified to SNT-TC-1A, NAS-410, and have FAA repairman certifications.
Within ATS' NDT labs we test many abundant materials which include plastics, carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, ferromagnetic materials and non-ferromagnetic materials.
