Our highly skilled chemists partner with clients to ensure the appropriate tests and analyses are conducted in order to get accurate information that will satisfy your queries and/or meet industry requirements. Effective communication, detailed reporting, and timely turnaround are key factors to our customer service goals which set us apart from other testing labs. With years of experience our lab experts are very familiar with most industry standards and regulations.

Popular Industry Standards and Regulations

ATS Labs

ATS’ clean and climate controlled labs are managed by expert chemists with technically advanced equipment offering hundreds of testing and analysis procedures. Our labs are ISO 17025 (A2LA) accredited.

Types of Chemistry Labs

Capable of analyzing organic compounds ranging from simple alkanes to more complex compounds. Whether you are needing to quantify and/or identify these compounds, our state of the art instrumentation delivers accurate and clear results. Our comprehensive testing may determine a long list of compounds.

Organic Lab Instrumentation

Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS), LC MS Triple Quadrupole Detecto, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Karl Fischer – Moisture Detection, Ultraviolet/Visible Analysis (UV/VIS), Dynamic Headspace Analysis, Static Headspace Analysis, Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), and Pyrolysis Gas Chromatograph (pGC/MS).

Capable of chemical analysis/testing of metals ranging from Aluminum to Zinc and all elements in between. Our chemists can determine the chemical composition of almost any metal alloy regardless of shape and size. Depending on your request procedure we have a variety of instrumentation that offers effective and accurate test results.

Metals Lab Instrumentation

Optical Emission Spectrometers (OES), Inductively Coupled Plasma – Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-AES), Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (WDXRF), Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (EDXRF), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), LECO Combustion, Electrodeposition, and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS).

The lab analyzes and tests chemicals, mechanical and thermal properties of polymeric materials.

ATS analysts have experience in identifying a wide range of contaminants that can be the result of plant production lines or other processes.

Tools Used For Contamination Analysis

Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR), Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), Ion Chromatography (IC)

With years of experience our staff is highly familiar with compliance requirements for consumer product testing. Our capabilities range from testing mechanical hazards to analyzing for regulated elements/compounds.
