Litigation Support
Our Professional Engineers, PhD's, and Investigators will help both you and the jury understand the scientific aspects of the case. Testing for industry comprises the majority of ATS's business; however, ATS is able to apply its broad Industrial Testing capabilities to provide scientific support for legal matters when required. Scientific support has included:
- Testing and analysis utilizing the broad range of capabilities and test equipment at ATS
- Deposition and Trial Testimony
- Legal evidence storage
- Hosting of laboratory testing, as a neutral party, for other Expert's scopes of work involving Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, Environmental, Dimensional, and Radiographic analyses.
