Responsibilities Include the Following:

  • Operate construction equipment and other machinery
  • Prep worksites by clearing area of hazards and obstacles
  • Load construction materials for transport and unload them for use
  • Put up and take down temporary structures like scaffolding
  • Follow instructions from supervisors
  • Assist other workers with various tasks when needed
  • Learn new skills or perform new duties through on-the-job training
  • Clean up worksite

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must have high school diploma
  • Must contribute to company’s commitment to safety
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Need ability to complete strenuous, physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work on weekends and at night, in any weather
  • Must arrive to assignments on time
  • Need prior experience in the construction industry as a general laborer
  • Must have experience climbing ladders, wearing fall protection, using power tools, wrenches, and drilling holes in concrete
