Material Testing
The Forensics staff at ATS has access to our in-house Mechanical and Material test laboratories. Often times an Investigator returns from a site inspection with components or evidence which requires additional testing or analysis to arrive at a conclusion. Our Mechanical Lab is equipped to build test fixtures for test purposes, including loading and pressurizing. Our Metallurgical Lab is able to support the Investigator by providing fracture analysis, material property analysis and Scanning Electron Microscopy.
