Calibrations

Applied Technical Services Calibration Department was established in 1987 to provide full service calibration, dimensional inspection and repair services. ATS is approved by multiple major Aerospace, Automotive Military and Nuclear companies and is directly traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The ATS Calibration Lab is accredited to ISO 17025 by the A2LA (American Association for Laboratory Accreditation). This is our assurance to you that our equipment is calibrated to accepted national standards and that our procedures are validated as appropriate for the wide range of dimensional metrology instruments that we calibrate.

ATS features dedicated state-of-the-art laboratories for dimensional inspection, mechanical, electrical and high-precision standards. These environmentally controlled labs are monitored for fluctuations of temperature and humidity to assure constant accuracy of our equipment, resulting in precise measurements of your gages.

All certifications of calibration include “As Found” and “As Left” data, estimated measurement uncertainties (EMU), adherence to military, federal or manufacturer standards / procedures, date of calibration, recalibration due date and are traceable to NIST. Copies of our comprehensive Quality Manual are available for your review. Customer audits and surveys of our facilities are always welcomed.

ATS provides computerized recall for the next scheduled calibration interval of your measuring and test equipment. ATS can provide web access to your calibration records and gives you the ability to view the status of equipment currently in our laboratory.
