Pressure Gauges
Applied Technical Services has the capabilities to calibrate all of your Pressure and Vacuum needs in our environmentally controlled lab. We have the capability to calibrate all of your Pressure Gauges, Compound Pressure Gauge, Differential Pressure Gauges, Pressure Transducers with Displays and without, Pressure Transmitters, Manometers, Inclined Manometers, Magnehelic Pressure Gauges, Photohelic Pressure Gauge, Absolute Pressure Gauges, Absolute Pressure Transducers and Anti-Skid Test Sets using our highly accurate pressure sources. We use a combination of our dry air systems that can generate pressures down to 0.001 inH²O and up to 1,000 psig. We also use very accurate Dead Weight Systems that can calibrate pressure gauges up to 15,000 psig with water/alcohol and 40,000 psig using hydraulic oils. We also have the capability to configure and reconfigure your Pressure Transducers to Displays. We also have the capability to calibrate all of your Vacuum needs using a highly accurate vacuum source. We also can outsource all of your Oxygen Cleaning needs after ATS calibrates your Pressure Gauge.
All calibrations performed include As Found and As Left Data and are traceable to NIST, The National Institute of Standard and Technology and are performed in accordance to documented and controlled procedures. Our Quality Assurance system complies with the applicable requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 9001-2000, 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part 21 and ISO/IEC 17025. Upon request, we can provide calibrations that are accredited to A2LA. You can also be set up on our web based interface, IPortal, which gives you access to electronic copies of Calibration Certificates, current asset status, asset history and due date reports for your equipment
