Applied Technical Services has the capabilities to calibrate accelerometers using our Model 9155 Accelerometer Calibration Workstation. We calibrate the accelerometers using an accurate back-to-back comparison of ICP (IEPE), charge mode piezoelectric, piezoresistive, capacitive and velocity sensors in accordance with ISO 16063-21. We can test accelerometers from 5Hz to 15 kHz using an air bearing shaker. We can measure Sensitivity, Amplitude, Phase, and Bias of your accelerometers. We have a huge database of Accelerometer specifications and test requirements that allow us to use an automated system for calibration procedures.
All calibrations performed include As Found and As Left Data and are traceable to NIST, The National Institute of Standard and Technology and are performed in accordance to documented and controlled procedures. Our Quality Assurance system complies with the applicable requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 9001-2000, 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part 21 and ISO/IEC 17025. Upon request, we can provide calibrations that are accredited to A2LA. You can also be set up on our web based interface, iPortal, which gives you access to electronic copies of Calibration Certificates, current asset status, asset history and due date reports for your equipment.
