Aerospace Testing Lab
Mechanical and Environmental Evaluations
Mechanical testing on aerospace components help determine property strength and material behavior when exposed to external forces, pressures, and environmental conditions. Awareness of your systems’ limitations provides safety, dependability, and avoids unexpected delays.
- Charpy Impact
- Pressure - Hydrostatic
- Pressure - Pneumatic
- Reverse Bend
- Reverse Flattening
- Rockwell Hardness
MIL STD 810
ATS offers environmental testing that is compliant with the requirements of MIL STD 810. We rigorously test aerospace components and/or equipment for environmental stresses and conditions that replicate the normal life cycles in design deficiencies, materials, and manufacturing processes in an effort to certify your component to MIL STD 810.
- Accelerated Weathering
- Coating and Coating Wight Thickness
- Cyclic Corrosion
- Salt Spray/Fog
